30th January 2010 - A further meeting of the Alnwick Community Partnership Working group took place on 21st January at which a draft list of priority projects was agreed. This list will be presented to the first open meeting of the forum which will be held soon. Date and venue will be publicised.

30th January 2010 -The monthly Alnwick Lottery is sold door to door. Agents visit residents in Alnwick inviting them to purchase a £1 Alnwick Lottery ticket. All proceeds will go the Trust to help support town projects. If you are interested in becoming an agent (commission paid on all sales) contact Kevin Wardle on 01605 606093.
1st December 2009 - A partnership between the Trust and Alnwick Town Council is planning to develop a Community Forum for Alnwick. Called the Alnwick Community Partnership, the forum will be open to the public and will seek the views and ideas of local community groups and residents which will result in an Action Plan for Alnwick. A working group has been set up consisting of Town Councillors and Trustees, chaired by the Mayor, Cllr Eileen Blakey. The initial meeting of the working group was held on 12th November and, as a starting point, a draft Action Plan will be prepared, based on the Alnwick Health-Check document and subsequent reports. It is planned that the forum will be set up early in 2010 and that the draft Action Plan will be available for public comment and amendment.
30th january 2010 - Work has now been completed on the new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) at the Community Centre. The official opening ceremony took place on 10th October 2009. The MUGA can be used for a variety of sports and training sessions including 5-a-side football, basketball, tennis etc. For booking information contact the Community Centre on 01665 602856.
